Narex Bystrice has been making high quality, hand-forged edge tools for near a century that are well known to discerning craftsman worldwide. Famous for their chisels and carving tools, Narex has recently expanded into the green woodworking tools market and now offers adzes, spoon knives and draw knives. This traditional adze can be used to scoop bowls, saddle chair seats, shaping rafters and hollow timbers. It is designed to be used with 2 hands. The blade is forged from Chrome Magnesium steel and hardened to 55 HRc for excellent edge retention. Blades is 2" wide. Handle is made from natural Ash and 24.4" long. Comes with a leather edge protector.
